We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

- Your request must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Perishable goods, opened items, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund:

1. Contact us at info@taylorscaribbeanstore.co.uk within 5 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
